What You’ll Be Doing:
- Recruiting and placing top candidates in industrial, logistics, and manufacturing roles
- Building strong relationships with both job seekers and client companies
- Navigating changing needs, tight timelines, and high-volume hiring
- Representing the Express brand with urgency, integrity, and heart
What You Bring:
- Previous industrial recruiting or staffing experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A proactive, team-first attitude with a sense of urgency
- The ability to hustle with purpose
Location: On-site at our Guelph office
Full-time | Monday–Friday: 8am to 5 pm
