Express Employment Professionals – Guelph is excited to be hiring 2 Remote Customer Service Representatives on behalf of our outstanding client in the Agricultural sector.
In this role, you’ll assist customers with financial application processing. Our client is seeking individuals who bring a career-oriented mindset with a strong desire for long-term growth and stability, along with high commitment and professionalism.
Candidates must remain online, engaged, and fully accessible for the entirety of their 8-hour shift to provide prompt and reliable customer support.

What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact—answering calls and directing inquiries with professionalism.
- Manage emails—categorize, organize, and respond promptly.
- Guide customers through program details and application processes.
- Assist applicants in completing and reviewing forms for accuracy.
- Follow up with customers to collect missing information.
- Prepare daily reports and stay ahead of deadlines.
- Make outbound reminder calls to customers and collect key details.
- Forward completed applications for approval.
- Support team members with special projects and additional tasks.
What You Bring
- Fluency in French and English STRONG asset (written and spoken).
- High school diploma required (customer service training an asset).
- 1+ year experience in a customer service role.
- Background in the Agricultural sector or financial application processing is a strong asset.
- A career-oriented mindset with a strong desire for long-term growth and stability.
- High level of commitment, reliability, and professionalism.
- Ability to remain online, accessible, and responsive for the entirety of an 8-hour shift.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with KiSSFLOW, Portfolio Plus, or Avaya Phone is an asset.
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
