About the Role
Express Employment Professionals – Guelph is hiring on behalf of a reputable company in the Elora area for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of customer service, supporting French-speaking customers by answering questions, assisting with troubleshooting, and coordinating service solutions. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and being a key part of the customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Assist French-speaking customers by phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide clear and helpful support from the first inquiry through to resolution.
- Troubleshoot product questions and concerns (training provided).
- Coordinate and process parts orders.
- Schedule service calls with third-party technicians.
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in French and English (mandatory).
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Freshdesk and Enterprise 21 is an asset.
- Previous experience with home appliances considered a plus.
- Positive, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Access to a vehicle (Elora-based role).
