MIG Welder – Full Time (Day Shift)
Location: Guelph, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Job Description

Responsibilities

Operate MIG welding equipment to join metal parts

Set up and operate MIG welding machines

Inspect welds for defects such as cracks, porosity, and incomplete fusion

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment

Use measuring tools (tape measure) and jib cranes as required

Read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings

Assist with fitting when required
Requirements
-
Must have 1–3 years of hands-on MIG welding experience

Structural steel welding experience is an asset

Fitting experience is an advantage

Ability to lift 30–40 lbs as needed

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Reliable and hardworking attitude
