Job Title: Customer Success Specialist (3-Month Contract, Potential to Go Permanent)

Location: Guelph, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals – Guelph is hiring on behalf of a reputable and growing company for an experienced and motivated Customer Success Specialist.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for new and existing clients—guiding them through onboarding, managing pilot programs, and conducting quarterly business reviews to ensure they’re getting the most value from our services.

You’ll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and retention, acting as the trusted advisor who connects client needs with the right solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and making a measurable impact on customer success.

This is a 3-month contract position with the potential to move permanent (no guarantee). If you’re a motivated professional who loves client interaction and teamwork, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding: Lead new clients through a smooth onboarding process and ensure a positive experience from day one.
  • Pilot Programs: Coordinate and manage pilot projects, collect client feedback, and help refine offerings before full rollout.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate progress, set goals, and provide strategic insights.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for clients, building trust and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance the overall customer journey and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Training & Support: Deliver training sessions, webinars, and support materials to help clients make the most of our products and services.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of company products to educate clients and provide expert guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role
  • Technical support or product knowledge background is an asset
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
  • Results-driven and focused on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborative team player with a professional, positive attitude
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and customer support tools
  • Strong command of the English language
