Lead Generation Specialist – HVAC Industry
Guelph, ON
$20/hour + Commission
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Express Employment Professionals – Guelph is hiring on behalf of a reputable HVAC company in Guelph for a Lead Generation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate friendly and enthusiastic conversations with potential customers to draw them to the booth.
- Clearly and confidently explain the benefits of our HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement services.
- Qualify potential customers and book appointments directly into our scheduling system.
- Represent the company brand in a professional, positive, and knowledgeable manner at all times.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly goals for qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive booth display with current promotional materials.
- Track and report daily lead generation results and activity.
What does a “lead” entail?
- Entering customer contact information into a CRM system.
- Confirming the customer’s interest in meeting with a Comfort Advisor for a quote.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (promotions, retail sales, or lead generation preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A sales-oriented mindset and the motivation to exceed goals.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand and actively engage with the public for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is an asset (training provided).
