About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and tech-savvy Front Office Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, supporting both administrative and recruitment functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct 60–80 incoming calls per day
  • Greet visitors and provide exceptional front-desk service
  • Book and coordinate interviews
  • Support recruitment activities and inquiries from associates
  • Perform general administrative duties, including payroll support
  • Maintain and update social sites for talent attraction
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and office organization
  • Provide day-to-day support to the team as needed
