About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and tech-savvy Front Office Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, supporting both administrative and recruitment functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct 60–80 incoming calls per day
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional front-desk service
- Book and coordinate interviews
- Support recruitment activities and inquiries from associates
- Perform general administrative duties, including payroll support
- Maintain and update social sites for talent attraction
- Assist with filing, data entry, and office organization
- Provide day-to-day support to the team as needed
