About the Role:
We are seeking a professional, motivated Executive Assistant to support the Owner of a busy and growing organization. This is an entry-level, client-facing position with strong potential to become permanent. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to confidentiality, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Owner
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
- Handle expense reporting and receipt management
- Act as a gatekeeper for calls, emails, and inquiries
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations
- Proofread documents for accuracy and professionalism
- Assist with various client-facing tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Post-secondary education required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly professional, positive, and adaptable
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
- Microsoft Office proficiency (testing required)
- Customer service skills (testing required)
- Reliable Transportation (travel may be required)
