Job description:

About the Role:
We are seeking a professional, motivated Executive Assistant to support the Owner of a busy and growing organization. This is an entry-level, client-facing position with strong potential to become permanent. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to confidentiality, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Owner
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
  • Handle expense reporting and receipt management
  • Act as a gatekeeper for calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Create and edit PowerPoint presentations
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and professionalism
  • Assist with various client-facing tasks as needed

  • Post-secondary education required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly professional, positive, and adaptable
  • Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (testing required)
  • Customer service skills (testing required)
  • Reliable Transportation (travel may be required)
