Scheduling Coordinator
$22.00/hr | Temporary to Permanent
Express Employment Professionals Guelph is recruiting on behalf of our client
Our client in the Fire and Security industry is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to coordinate inspections, maintenance, and service calls. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys organizing schedules to keep people and properties safe.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule inspections for fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and life-safety systems
- Assign technicians based on skillset, availability, and location
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and urgent service calls
- Maintain and update schedules in the service system (training provided)
- Track deadlines to ensure compliance with fire codes
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments, ETAs, and rescheduling
- Prepare job tickets, paperwork, and upload completed reports
- Support project timelines and coordinate with managers, subcontractors, and AHJ when needed
