Junior Control Panel Assembler
Location: Guelph, ON
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Location: In person
About the Role
Express Employment Professionals – Guelph is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-respected manufacturer for a Junior Control Panel Assembler. This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity ideal for a mechanically inclined, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with tools and building high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Champion the timely delivery of high-quality products

Adhere to ISO procedures, work instructions, and company standards

Assemble electrical control panels using kits of parts and technical drawings

Use hand tools, cutting tools, hole punches, electrical drills, and measuring devices

Interpret technical specifications and regulations as required

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Maintain a mindset of continuous learning and improvement

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools

Ability to accurately use measuring devices (tape measures, calipers, etc.)

Willingness to learn how to read and interpret electrical schematics

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Problem-solving mindset with a positive, “go-getter” attitude

Trainable personality with a strong work ethic

Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is considered an asset
