About the Opportunity
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established local company in Guelph for a Receiving Clerk/Warehouse. This is a full-time, day-shift position offering stable hours, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative and technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- This position will oversee all inventory and assets in our warehouse and service vehicles. The ideal candidate will organize and manage all aspects of inventory to ensure operations are consistently running smoothly.
- Receiving shop material,
- Replenish stock while maintaining accurate records,
- Ensure deliveries are correct and managing returns within reasonable time frames,
- assist with inventory counts and updating records
- Track all tool/equipment inventory for warehouse and service vehicles,
- Ensuring new service vehicles are equipped with standard inventory protocol,
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Qualifications
- Previous Inventory experience
- Valid forklift certificate
- Valid driver’s license
- Mechanical/Technical understanding (Plumbing, HVAC)
- NetSuite an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Passion for organization and a stickler for detail
- Ability to manage multi tasks simultaneously in a steady-paced environment
- Requires little supervision; however, enjoys a team environment Experience:

- Inventory control: (preferred) License/Certification:
- Forklift License (preferred)
