Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Job Description
Express Employment Professionals Guelph is currently hiring a Retail Sales Representative for a well-established garage door servicing company in Concord, ON. This role is ideal for someone well-experienced in sales and customer service with a proven track record of hitting sales targets in previous roles.
Responsibilities
- Present and promote residential garage doors and related products to homeowners and customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, ensuring their needs are met
- Resolve daily customer inquiries related to residential products, providing timely solutions
- Deliver accurate pricing, product details, and delivery timelines promptly
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products and offerings
- Perform on-site visits for outside sales, conducting site assessments and providing accurate quotes
Requirements
- Great communication skills, excel at customer service, accurate quoting
- 2–3 years of sales and customer service experience
- Clean driver's abstract and cleared Police Reference Check
- Technical knowledge of garage doors and/or construction considered an asset
- Ability to function both independently and within a team
