Job Title: On-Call General Labour / Parts Masker
Location: Guelph, ON
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (On-Call, Variable Hours)
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking multiple reliable and flexible On-Call General Labour / Parts Maskers for our client in Guelph. This role is ideal for individuals who can adapt to a dynamic schedule, as hours will vary based on incoming shipments and production needs.
Important:
This is an on-call position, with hours ranging anywhere from 8 to 40 hours per week. Shifts are often last-minute, so candidates must be available for same-day work and comfortable with short notice.
Shift Timing:
Day shifts will vary between 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, depending on workload and operational needs. (This is a bus accessible location)
Key Responsibilities:
- Masking parts using tape with attention to detail and speed
- Loading and unloading parts
- Power washing components
- Working independently to complete tasks efficiently
- General labour duties including cleaning and inspection
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs comfortably and repeatedly
- Comfortable with physically demanding work
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, and pivoting
- Ability to handle heavy parts (crane assistance available when needed)
