Schedule:  Monday-Thursday – 6:55 am-4:25 pm & Friday 6:55 am- 3:25 pm

About the Role:

Express Employment is currently recruiting for an Industrial Painter/Crane Operator to join a local manufacturer and automated fabrication 
facility in Guelph.

Key Responsibilities:

• Industrial painting and surface preparation
• Material handling using forklifts and overhead cranes
• Loading and shipping preparation
• Processing materials on a saw or shear
• Assisting with CNC/Plasma machine operation and maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

• Industrial painting: 2 years (required)
• Overhead Crane: 2 years (preferred)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety standards
• Attention to detail and willingness to contribute to process improvements
