Part-Time Delivery Driver
Guelph, ON | Monday & Friday | Day Shift
Express Employment Professionals Guelph is currently recruiting on behalf of a local Guelph company for a reliable Part-Time Delivery Driver.
This is a contract opportunity to start, running until approximately the end of the year, with a strong chance of being hired on permanently and transitioning into additional hours for the right candidate.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will start from the company’s Guelph location and operate a company-provided minivan or SUV to complete deliveries throughout the GTA.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver industrial tools, equipment, and supplies to customers throughout the local area and GTA
- Load, secure, and transport products safely
- Complete deliveries accurately and on schedule
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Collect and complete delivery paperwork
- Assist with basic warehouse tasks when needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain safe driving practices
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Full G Driver’s Licence
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable safely handling industrial products and supplies
- Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
