Client Success and Marketing Manager
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a Client Relations & Marketing Coordinator on behalf of a well-established wealth management practice in Grimsby Ontario.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Client Administration & Client Experience
- Deliver an exceptional experience for clients from their first interaction through ongoing support.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients while serving as a trusted point of contact.
- Coordinate meetings, client communications, onboarding, and ongoing account administration.
- Support advisors by ensuring every client interaction is seamless, personalized, and professional.
- Assist clients with online account access, documentation, and service requests.
Marketing & Client Engagement
- Coordinate client appreciation events, educational seminars, webinars, and dinner events.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives that strengthen client engagement and support business growth.
- Maintain marketing calendars, event tracking, and client interest databases.
- Create engaging social media content and help grow the firm's online presence.
- Manage website updates, digital communications, newsletters, and client campaigns.
- Coordinate gifts and appreciation initiatives for high-value clients.
- Prepare and distribute client communications, newsletters, educational content, and promotional campaigns on behalf of the advisory team.
Practice Operations
- Support internal administrative processes and ensure client documentation is completed accurately.
- Coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Work closely with advisors to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through ongoing service.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and client communication processes.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
- 2-5+ years of experience in client service, administration, marketing, event coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting professionals in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or a professional office environment is considered an asset.
- Experience coordinating events and marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and social media platforms.
- Experience managing website content or digital marketing initiatives is considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
