Production Welder – Guelph, ON
$23.00/hour | Full-Time | Day Shift
Express Employment Professionals Guelph is currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Guelph, ON for a Production Welder to join their growing team.

- Day Shift: Monday to Friday
- Monday to Thursday: 6:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Friday: 6:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of production welding experience, strong attention to detail, and be comfortable grinding welds to meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Weld metal boxes of various sizes
- Perform MIG welding on components including wall-mounting brackets, lock hasps, and door tie-downs
- Perform spot welding for hinge installation
- Grind and finish welds as required
- Maintain quality and production standards
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of production welding experience
- Previous MIG welding experience is required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
Position Summary
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity on the day shift with an immediate start available.
