Duties
- Within 2 weeks of hire learn, internalize and expound Express Employment Professionals’ products, services and value proposition
- Within 3 months of hire; build a sales pipeline of small to medium accounts resulting in 2 new clients per week.
- The amount of face-to-face decision maker calls are a key performance metric.
- Persistently follow up with prospects using various collateral material and varied communication approaches.
- Effectively utilize an enterprise CRM and technology daily. “If it’s not recorded, it didn’t happen.”
- Develop and lead weekly sales meetings.
