Overview
We are currently looking for a Data Entry / Customer Service / Inventory Representative for our Brantford client. We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail, ability to work in a fast paced environment but also able to speak with Customers via phone or in person.
** Position is based out of Brantford however, interviews will be held in Hamilton. **
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our databases.
- Assist with the data entry with product information, order processing along with driver paperwork.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
- Utilize Excel and other office software to track customer feedback and generate reports.
- Ensure all customer communications are documented clearly and organized for future reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and databases for data entry and record keeping.
- Familiarity with Excel for tracking information and generating reports is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all tasks performed.
