Overview
We are hiring dedicated and hardworking Skilled Laborers for our team in Hamilton! We are currently looking for candidates that have experience in General Labor tasks and who are flexible to work rotating shifts as needed.
Duties
- Perform general labor duties, including material handling, assembly, and equipment operation.
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various tasks, such as construction, manufacturing, or maintenance.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred.
- Previous experience operating stand-up forklift
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
