Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties, including material handling, assembly, and equipment operation.
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various tasks, such as construction, manufacturing, or maintenance.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred.
