What You’ll Be Doing (Varies by Position)
- Operating manufacturing or production equipment
- Welding, fabrication, or repair work
- Performing preventative and mechanical maintenance
- Operating forklifts and heavy equipment
- Reading blueprints, schematics, or work orders
- Material handling, order picking, and loading/unloading
- Supporting daily plant operations and production goals
- Completing safety checks, quality inspections, and basic documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a Skilled Trade or industrial environment
- Valid forklift license (for applicable roles)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
- Comfort working with tools, machinery, or heavy equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and safety-first mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
