Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our clients innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and improving mechanical systems and components. The Mechanical Engineer will collaborate across departments to develop efficient solutions that meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies using CAD software such as SolidWorks and Creo.
  • Create detailed schematics, technical drawings, and documentation for manufacturing processes.
  • Utilize programming tools like MATLAB, LabVIEW, and CNC to automate testing and control systems.
  • Develop system designs incorporating programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation solutions.
  • Conduct simulations and analyses to optimize mechanical performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and software systems.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of prototypes and production units.
  • Support manufacturing processes by providing technical guidance on drafting, schematics, and system integration.
  • Maintain adherence to safety standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, and CAD drafting techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, system design, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in programming languages including MATLAB, LabVIEW, and CNC controls.
  • Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics development.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments, including CNC machining and system integration.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative engineering solutions.
