Bilingual Inside Sales & Account Coordinator (French/English) – Direct Hire
Location: Stoney Creek, ON
Pay: $24.00–$28.00/hour + bonus & commission
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday
About the Role
We are partnering with a well-established client in the Hamilton area who is looking to add a Bilingual Inside Sales & Account Coordinator to their growing team.
This is a direct hire opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, customer interaction, and managing multiple opportunities from quote to close. If you’re bilingual in French and English, detail-oriented, and motivated by results and commissions, this role offers long-term growth and stability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage sales opportunities from initial inquiry through to billable sale
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via phone and email
- Prepare and enter quotes and sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, delivery, and payment terms
- Negotiate pricing and source products from new or non-regular manufacturers
- Proactively generate new business through outbound customer calls
- Maintain and update product, pricing, and part number data in internal systems
- Support ongoing database cleanup and system maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken & written)
- Previous experience in inside sales, sales support, or account coordination
- Strong computer skills (email, internet, Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with a sales-oriented mindset

Schedule
Full-time, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour break.
