- Interact with sales and operations personnel to ensure they have knowledge on customer feedback/service issues
- Handle & resolve customer complaints
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Take customer orders/confirmation and process accurately
- Assist with waste profile generation for customers
- Provide pricing and delivery information and generate quotes
- Invoicing assistance
- Provide customers with products and services
- Work with logistics to schedule pick ups
- Build new customers and maintain customer database
- Communicate with drivers and warehouse personnel
- Follow up with customers on performance of service
- Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by management

Education:
- Degree/diploma in chemistry or related field, or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Must have Knowledge of Windows 10 & Excel
- Maximizer, CRM, GPS would be an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
