Looking for a reliable Forklift Operator / General Labourer with warehouse or manufacturing experience? Join a growing industrial facility in Waterdown (Hamilton) offering steady hours, multiple shifts, and long-term opportunity.
This is a hands-on role combining forklift operation, material handling, and production work — ideal if you like variety and staying active on the job.
Available Shifts:
- Days: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Afternoons: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Nights: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operate forklifts (counterbalance) to move materials safely
- Load and unload trucks in a warehouse / production environment
- Perform general labour duties including lifting, sorting, and staging materials
- Pick and verify orders using a warehouse system
- Operate equipment such as scissor lifts and loaders (training provided)
- Support production processes in a continuous flow environment
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow safety procedures
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting when needed
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
What You Bring:
- Valid forklift licence (3rd party certified) -- A MUST
- Experience as a Forklift Operator, General Labourer, or Warehouse Associate
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial settings
- Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset
- Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work
