Join a growing operations team in Waterdown (Hamilton) where you’ll work with automated equipment, continuous production systems, and hands-on troubleshooting.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems on the floor.

Available Shifts:

  • Days: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Afternoons: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Nights: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and automated equipment
  • Work in a continuous flow manufacturing environment
  • Perform process checks, product sampling, and quality inspections
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or process issues
  • Adjust equipment and processes to maintain production efficiency
  • Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs
  • Operate PLC / HMI systems and control panels
  • Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and loaders
  • Load/unload materials and support production flow
  • Complete production reports, quality checks, and documentation
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What You Bring:

  • Experience as a Production Technician, Process Operator, Machine Operator, or Manufacturing Technician
  • Background in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, food, or production environments
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and SOPs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with PLC / HMI systems
  • Mechanical or Millwright background
  • Experience with conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, or automated systems
  • Forklift or equipment operation experience
  • Technical diploma (mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing)
