Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and staying active on the job?
We’re hiring General Labourers for multiple clients across Hamilton in industries such as wastewater, recycling, food production, and construction support. These are full-time, long-term opportunities with immediate openings.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform general labour duties in industrial and outdoor environments
- Assist with lifting, moving, and loading materials (up to 50 lbs+)
- Support crews with site setup, cleanup, and traffic control
- Work in environments such as recycling facilities, wastewater plants, and production lines
- Assist with manual tasks like moving equipment (e.g., manholes, materials, tools)
- Follow all health & safety procedures
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous general labour, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various environments
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Steel toe boots required
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or manufacturing
- Traffic control or flagging experience
- Forklift certification
