- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with tools

Schedule
- Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Weekend availability as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email
- Assist customers in identifying products and recommending the best solutions
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including promotions and inventory
- Support merchandising, pricing, signage, and overall store presentation
- Assist with inventory including receiving, stocking, and organization
- Manage customer orders, including order entry, vendor coordination, and issue resolution
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Complete local deliveries and stock transfers as required
- Support the shipping department when needed (forklift experience is an asset)
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Skills & Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and mobile devices for order entry and tracking
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and dependable
