Warehouse Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations through accurate record-keeping, inventory management, and administrative coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, vendors, and management to ensure efficient operations and timely processing of warehouse documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory records and warehouse management systems.
- Process shipping, receiving, and transfer documentation.
- Prepare reports related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse performance.
- Coordinate with transportation providers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Verify accuracy of inbound and outbound orders and related paperwork.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and audits.
- Enter and maintain data in ERP, WMS, and other company systems.
- Respond to inquiries regarding inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
- Support compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and document management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, logistics, or supply chain is an asset.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
- Experience generating reports and analyzing data.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
- Strong data entry and record-management skills.
