Customer Service – Delivery Confirmations (Part-Time)
Location: London, Ontario
Compensation: $17.20/hour
Hours: Part-time (weekday shifts; evenings and/or weekends may be required)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to make outbound calls to customers, confirming upcoming deliveries and ensuring someone will be home to receive them. You’ll play a key role in supporting smooth and timely drop-offs.
Key Responsibilities:

Call customers to confirm delivery details and availability

Share delivery timeframes, answer basic questions, and note special instructions

Update call logs and flag issues to the dispatch team

Communicate clearly and professionally while following a script

Collaborate with team members to ensure delivery success
Qualifications:

Customer service or call centre experience preferred

Comfortable making outbound calls

Strong communication and basic computer skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

Available for part-time shifts
