Depot Attendant – Seasonal Contract (Ends in approximately December)
Join a busy team for the fall season!
We’re looking for a reliable, safety-minded individual to greet residents, direct them where to unload materials, assess loads, collect payments, and keep the site organized.
Details
- Term: Seasonal contract through approximately December 2025
- Hours: 15 -30 hrs/week – must be available weekdays and weekends (typical shifts between 10 am–7 pm weekdays, shorter weekend hours)
- Pay: $17.60 per hour
- Location: London – travel to other depots may occasionally be required
- Must have access to a vehicle or reliable transportation
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly customer service and clear directions
- Assess and sort incoming materials
- Handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain a clean, safe depot environment
- Work outdoors in all weather
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfort working outdoors and standing for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 51 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Previous customer service experience an asset
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Previous experience working in Customer Service, General Labour or Recycling position is an asset, but not essential.
