Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a full-time Accounting & Administrative Assistant for our client in London, Ontario. This is an evaluation hire role with long-term potential.
Pay: $23–$24/hour (based on experience)
Location: London, Ontario
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm (in-office only)
What You’ll Do:
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivables
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Assist with month-end tasks and reporting
Provide administrative support and handle client communications
Sales order entry.
Other Admin. tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in an Accounting Clerk & Admin. Assistant role required.
Experience with ERP systems is required.
Strong MS Office and general administrative skills
A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to accuracy
