Great opportunity in East London for an evaluation hire Service Coordinator role!

Main responsibilities:

To coordinate all service and planned maintenance activities within 1 to 5 service branches ensuring the customer’s needs are met in an efficient and timely manner while maximizing technician efficiency / productivity and maintaining district profitability.

What’s in it for you?

· Compensation: $25 - $27/hr, based on experience

· Monday to Friday, regular business hours

Responsibilities of the job:

· Arranging and scheduling service technicians.

· Invoicing and billing.

· Ordering parts and tracking inventory levels.

· Other administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements:

· 4 years of administrative experience in a service oriented role.

· Proficient with MS Office & ERP systems are required - you will be tested!

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
