Job Full Description
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including cabinet installation, concrete forming, and tile laying. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is proficient with hand tools and has experience in construction painting and restoration. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and durability of our projects while adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cabinet installation and assembly with precision and attention to detail
- Execute concrete forming tasks for various construction projects
- Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing materials
- Restore existing structures to maintain their integrity and aesthetics
- Ensure all installations are plumb and level for optimal performance
- Engage in construction painting to enhance the visual appeal of completed projects
- Lay tiles accurately to achieve desired designs and functionality
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project timelines are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in cabinet installation, concrete forming, tile laying, and construction painting
- Familiarity with various hand tools and carpentry techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction environments
