Job Full Description
Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to provide flexible weekly support. Hours will vary based on workload (approximately 4–10 hours per week). This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Monitor and respond to emails; draft, format, and send correspondence
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and update records as needed
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and simple reports
- Assist with data entry, information tracking, and project-related tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Wage: $18.00/Hour
