Job Full Description
We are recruiting for a detail-oriented professional responsible for full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. This role includes invoice processing, vendor communication, payment preparation, and revenue tracking. The successful candidate will support centralized purchase order tracking, forward Accounts Receivable documentation for payment processing, and provide backup support to the finance team as required.
Requirements:
- Post secondary education in Accounting, Business, or Office Administration
- Minimum 2-3 years of AP/AR experience
- Non-profit or public sector experience considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Wage: Up to $29.00 - $32.00/Hour Based on Experience
Job Details:
- Full-time, short-term contract (1-2 months)
- In office in Chatham
- Monday - Friday 830-530 or similar
