Job Full Description
Our Port Coquitlam client is looking for reliable & outgoing team players as their business ramps up into the Fall/Winter season. This role is a part-time temporary/contract role.
Job Information:
- This role pays $19 an hour
- Part-Time Contract/Temporary role
- Monday to Fridays, some occasion of weekends
- 7:00am-3pm (shifts vary from 4hrs, 6hrs and 8hrs depending on the workload)
- Local company in Port Coquitlam!
- The role is primarily handling food production/packaging with heavy-lifting up to 50lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload food powders etc.
- Packaging of food inventory for shipment
- Assist with inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety & health guidelines procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience specifically in a food production/manufacturing company, this is non-negotiable
- Strong communication: written & verbal
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Steel toe boots
