Since opening the Coquitlam Express Employment Professionals office on February 15, 1999, Curt Allison has been dedicated to helping local businesses build strong teams and connecting job seekers with meaningful career opportunities. Prior to opening the Tri-Cities office, Curt worked at Express Employment headquarters in Oklahoma City, supporting franchise operations and gaining valuable insight into the staffing industry. His passion for both entrepreneurship and the Vancouver area led him to establish the Coquitlam franchise, where he has successfully guided the business for more than 25 years.
Having worked in virtually every role within the organization over the years, Curt brings a deep understanding of the recruitment process and the challenges faced by both employers and job seekers. He is most fulfilled by creating successful matches that help people grow their careers while helping local businesses thrive.
Outside of work, Curt is an ordained minister with the United Church of Canada and serves a local congregation in Vancouver. He enjoys yoga, basketball, reading books on spirituality and philosophy, and spending time with his partner, Steven, and their two miniature Dachshunds, Gus and Sally. A longtime admirer of the natural beauty of British Columbia, Curt remains grateful to live and work in the community he fell in love with many years ago.
