Job Full Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting thorough inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with various departments to maintain quality assurance throughout the production process.
**This position is currently not open to students or individuals looking for temporary work**
Shift Time: 8am - 4pm (Monday to Friday)
Pay: $18/hour - $20/hour
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
- Support audits and inventory checks as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following health and safety protocols
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on quality assurance best practices and industry standards.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes in Manufacturing /Production work environment.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques related to quality control.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability for tasks.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations.
- Ability to lift to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
