Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-volume, fast-paced operation. The ideal candidate has experience handling B2B customer service in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment. You will play a key role in processing orders, managing client communication, and supporting internal coordination across departments.
Schedule: Mon to Fri - 9 am to 5 pm
Salary: $40k plus annual bonus
100% employer paid medical and dental after probation

Duties
- Process and enter customer orders accurately using internal systems
- Verify order specifications (including sizes/dimensions) and ensure accuracy
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet customer timelines
- Handle 300–400 daily orders alongside the team
- Organize and maintain customer files and order records
- Follow up with customers on order status and respond to any service issues
- Provide outstanding internal and external customer service
- Support general office administration tasks as needed
Skills
- 2+ years of office-based Customer Service experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or distribution
- Experience handling order entry, data accuracy, and client communication
- Proficient with MS Office and able to learn internal systems quickly
- Strong math skills to calculate measurements/formulas
- High attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and time management skills
