Job Full Description

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read blueprints and assemble components accurately. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

This role is currently not open to students or those who are looking for temporary roles.

Day Shift:

Monday- Friday Monday to Thursday 5:45am - 3:45pm,

Friday: 5:45am - 10:15am(Must be flexible for other shifts)

Pay: $22 - $24 (Based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding on various materials, ensuring strong and precise welds.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
  • Assemble metal components using welding techniques and other mechanical methods.
  • Operate power tools and machinery, including press brake machines, to shape and cut materials as needed.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in MIG welding; certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various power tools effectively.
  • Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks.
  • Familiarity with machining processes is a plus.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
  • English language proficiency for clear communication
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check**.
