Job Full Description
We are seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Operators to join a large distribution centre in the Brampton area. The ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience with Counterbalance and Reach forklift with references to support their experience.
Monday-Friday *Straight shifts*
Days: 6AM-2:30PM
Afternoons: 2:00PM-10:30PM
Nights: 10:00PM-6:30AM
Pay: $24/hour
Responsibilities
· Work as part of a team to move product off packaging lines
· Responsible for loading and unloading trucks
· Assemble and check orders using warehouse management system
· Service customers, receive shipments from suppliers
· Record detailed shipping/receiving documentation
· Rotate stock and conduct inventory cycle counts
- Operating Counterbalance and Reach forklift
Working Environment:
· Regular exposure to noise, cold temperatures, dry conditions. Occasional exposure to dust and extreme temperatures. (Freezer -18 degrees)
Qualifications
· Counterbalance, Electric Lift Truck and Reach Truck experience required.
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high racking and in various temperatures.
- Must have a valid reference from a previous employer confirming the forklift experience
