Job Full Description
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to provide leadership and direction to production and service employees, ensuring operations run smoothly and meet company and customer expectations. If you have supervisory experience, strong people management skills, and the ability to oversee production processes, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct all production and service hourly employees in assigned departments
- Monitor and record system documentation and reports as required by customers and company policies
- Train, advise, schedule, monitor, and discipline employees under direct supervision
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure workplace compliance with company and legislative standards
- Schedule manpower and materials to address deficiencies and maintain smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or job-related experience
- Strong people management skills – able to schedule, direct, train, and discipline employees
- Completion of Grade 12 or higher
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to perform tasks requiring light physical exertion (intermittent standing, walking, climbing stairs, handling materials, and occasional visual concentration)
Wage: $25.00/Hour
