Job Full Description
Our client’s law office is seeking a reliable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to their legal team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and values attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Greet and assist clients and visitors to the office
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and legal correspondence
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and basic legal filing
- Maintain and update the calendar and appointment schedules for the attorneys
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in a legal environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
Wage: $22.00 - $24.00/Hour
