Job Full Description
Our client is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to cover a one-day assignment on Wednesday, June 26 at their industrial office in Sarnia. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service and have experience at the front desk, this is a great short-term opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Act as the first point of contact for the company, creating a positive and helpful experience
- Morning training provided; afternoon coverage will be solo, supporting both reception and customer service tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk or reception experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, industrial office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Wage: $25.00/Hour
