Job Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between advisors, clients, and partners
- Assist with client onboarding, forms, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with MFDA, IIROC, FSRA and maintain confidentiality
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle follow-ups
- Maintain CRM systems and electronic/paper files (e.g., Salesforce, Univeris)
- Provide front desk and reception support; handle live client inquiries (no voicemail)
- Complete requests accurately and on time
- Support a team-focused, improvement-minded environment
Qualifications:
- Active Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Institute, CSI) and/or LLQP (Life License Qualification Program)
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in admin roles, preferably in financial services or insurance
- Strong communication, reliability, and ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel); CRM experience is a plus
- High level of confidentiality, ethics, and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, ability to learn new systems, and receptive to feedback
Wage: $23.00 - $30.00+/Hour Based on Experience
