Job Full Description

Our client, a respected National Non-profit Association, seeks a Senior Coordinator of Examinations to oversee the end-to-end examination process. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless delivery of high-stakes exams while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality. Your expertise will contribute to the development and maintenance of their e-learning platform, supporting the professional growth and certification of their members.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain assessments, formal examinations, and content on the e-learning platform
  • Ensure data accuracy, coordinate testing and approval processes, and identify opportunities for system improvements
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, support content development, and assist with exam question preparation, editing, and translation
  • Arrange and monitor remote proctoring services, coordinate exam administration and validation
  • Provide technical support to exam participants, review proctoring reports, and make recommendations on participant eligibility
  • Coordinate post-examination grading, analysis, and reporting
  • Prepare grading workbooks, files, and reports on exam statistics
  • Assist with identifying patterns and trends in exam results and propose improvements
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries on education courses and programs
  • Provide exam-day support, maintain an issues log, and propose solutions to potential problems
  • Liaise with departments, coordinate with graders, and support other areas of the department as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required skills and qualifications:

  • College diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Arts, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management)
  • Must be fluently bilingual (English and French)
  • 2-3 years of administrative or project management experience, preferably in the examination function of a non-profit professional association
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential files
  • Experience creating courses and examinations, and providing user support in an e-learning system
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat, with strong Excel skills
  • Experience with an e-learning platform is required - D2L/Brightspace is preferred
  • Tech-savvy, with ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision

Typical hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am-10:00am to 4:00pm/6:00pm (Flexible) – Overtime is required for exams

Salary: $69,800 to $77,000 per year depending on experience
