Job Full Description
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Quotations Specialist to join our client's team at a respected national industrial company in the South of Ottawa! As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth through accurate and timely quotations.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Drive business growth by managing the sales pipeline, coordinating with project managers and other departments to deliver holistic solutions for customers
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by finding mutually beneficial solutions that meet their needs
- Collaborate with the team to create project quotations, execute sales, and manage purchase orders from key vendors
- Prepare accurate cost estimates by analyzing bid documents, drawings, and specifications
- Develop product knowledge to advise customers on plumbing fixtures, equipment, materials, and fittings that best fit their projects
- Other duties as assigned
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in estimating, quotations, or project management in a similar industry
- Strong financial literacy with an entrepreneurial mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English (French is an asset)
- High standards, dedication, and a "can-do" attitude
- University degree or college diploma required

The starting salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm
