Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in a warehouse or labour environment
- Previous experience operating counterbalance forklifts and/or reach trucks is highly valued
- Capacity to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work performance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow instructions accurately
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to maintain productivity and focus
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to achieving high standards
Job Duties:
- Accurately pick and scan orders using RF Scanner, tracking inventory based on client orders
- Assemble orders into boxes and onto carts, ensuring efficient and accurate order preparation
- Package orders into boxes or onto skids, label for shipping, and prepare for dispatch
- Receive and stock inventory throughout the warehouse, maintaining organized storage
- Load orders onto trucks for delivery and ensure timely dispatch
- Operate counterbalance forklift and reach truck (training and certification provided
- Lift up to 50lbs solo or team lift heavier loads, maintaining safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour
Work Hours: Monday to Friday – 1:00pm to 10:00pm (1 hour lunch)
